Jennifer Carter

Finance Manager

Jennifer joined Children’s Services Council of Martin County in April 2020.

Jennifer brings over 20 years of highly skilled experience in various aspects of finance and accounting, supporting both non-profit and for-profit organizations.

In her role, Jennifer prepares the annual budget for CSCMC and manages the financial accounting reporting system.

Jennifer is also a member of the Government Finance Officers Association and the Florida Government Finance Officers Association.

She enjoys volunteering in the community and proudly serves as Treasurer for a local Martin County non-profit organization.
